Extra Plunder Slot clock stopped

Extra Plunder Slot clock stopped

If you purchase extra plunder board slots for viewing in a port, it appears they are forever. The countdown clock for 1 hour visibility does not start.

Not going to lie, this has been mentioned before by AyeCappy, I think the admins already know of this.

We are aware. It is permanent indeed and it will stay this way. Perhaps we need to remove any text that hints the different. I will leave this topic open till we take care of this issue.
