Account Trading? A risk you should avoid.

Greetings everyone,

Since this is a very sensitive matter and we are pretty experienced on this as well, here are a few points to keep in mind:

1)No account trading discussion is allowed in any of the game public places, game forums, including guild forums.
This means that you cannot advertise your intention to sell your account anywhere in PG.
The only acceptable way to discuss about it, is through Private Messaging.

2)An account trade is your own risk and administration will not involve at all.
Which means that payments, account details, etc, all these are risks that both parties can take without hoping for any help from administration.

3)An account trade does not forfeit past rule violations of an account.
Which means, that you may be buying an account that is going to be banned or penalized. The owner might be aware or not. The ban will be issued no matter what.

4)We do not recognize account trades.
Which means that even if you have all the proof of the world that you bought this account from someone else, this is one of your problems and not something we will consider (ie, when issuing a ban).

5)An account sale falls into multiaccount rule if the buyer already has an account.
We will not accept any excuses. You must have no accounts prior to an account purchase or you might end up having two banned accounts.

Account trading should mostly work when accounts are sold to people not playing the game already.
(ie, a friend of yours, or a friend of someone else who already plays the game are common targets)

Why not allow ANY assets of a player to be sold to a different player under conditions to be determined by the two players concerned?

I agree with captain jack on this one, account trading is not something I would like to see, this game should be for fun not profit.

Such would be a direct violation of the milking rule.
