That's not entirely accurate. We have influence on who joins the Dev Team, but control as it currently stands is CJs until a Dev Coordinator is selected. It's an expressly delegated ability of the Coordinator to manage the team. So in essence when CJ chooses the Coordinator, the makeup of the team will rest upon the coordinator. Who is accepted and who isn't will be a decision that falls in their hands. The Team will and should still have influence, but that will ultimately be the coordinators responsibility.

Seems to me that position should be the first filled since so much emphasis was put on its importance when it was first initiated.
