1st If I'm a Major in Wales and suddenly I decided to change nation, would that bring my rank back down to citizen?

2nd I noticed the Gold Bar in the market. When will that be available to be bough and sold?

3rd I know the "hunting for new treasure" isn't implemented yet however once that has been activated will we be able to steal other people's treasure? and vice versa. I wanna know before I start burying treasures.

1)Yes, but only after you have completed the mission.

2)The feature is ready. What is not ready, is the feature that will create the gold bars as well as any special merchant script we decide to add. We don't have an exact timeline yet but we will work on it once we finish the Treasure hunt completely.

3)Yes. You will be able to steal both player's treasure AND NPC treasure. However, this should be at no case enough to stop one from using the feature. If you are too worried about this, consider investing many turns and/or use multiple slots. For one to even get a shot at your treasure, he will need to try with AT LEAST double your turns investment at that port (ie, 400 turns investment, will require 800 turns from a hunter in order for your treasure to even get on the list of possible findings - probably alongside with many other players treasure and a high percentage of NPC targets). More details will be given with the release of the feature and these should be enough for now.
