As for the debate, I have to say, I am totally in housekeeping works in last (at least) two years. So, inactive regarding Dez’s parameters, although from time to time I go out chilling with my buddies. To be honest, I can’t remember when was last time I visited forum (not counting last two days) and this game I always adored mostly because of witty comments on the forum.
So, if logging on, doing private affairs, and logging off (after a short period of time) is not counted active, I am inactive either.

You have moving fleets that I have seen in port gossip, which would be an obvious indicator of activity, so no you wouldn't be inactive according to Dez's parameters.

How would you know if Roberts is active if he doesn't spend billion of cards casting and attacking ships in all ports?

How would you know if Roberts is active? Ask a guild mate? What if he wasn't in a guild and didn't respond to your messages, but still logged in every couple of days? He would be logging in and thus be active.

How would a captain know if someone has logged in or not and be eligible to be selected. Not every player is a member of a guild, so you can't just ask a guild member to check if someone has logged in for everyone. Thus you can't use that alone as the means to determine activity, as a player could have logged in thus be active and eligible for the draft.


If Valar just popped online today before Henry Avery's draft pick, by the standard of him logged in, he would be active and thus eligible as a draft pick. So Henry Avery should be able to select Valar as he is active because he logged in?
