While the administration and organization of this game makes the rules as they see fit, had I prize money offered, I would withdraw my contribution due to perceived (if not intentional) bias to active/inactive players.

If you think you see bias, provide some examples, and talk things out with the folks running the draft, rather then just accuse with no proof or evidence and do nothing to diplomatically solve an issue. I'll provide an example showing that there is no bias, as to show you how evidence can be presented.

Black Sparrow, who was inactive when picked was not allowed in the draft. I would personally liked to have allowed him in, but the rules clearly state.

Active is defined as more than just logging in logging out. Real activity in plunder/skirmishes and active routes must be obvious

BS did not meet that requirement. Therefore despite my bias of liking him he was excluded. Likewise, Sebena doesn't meet this requirement. If we let him in but not BS that would be Biased.

Looking forward to you providing your examples and evidence of our Bias, if you have any. If not, have a good day regardless.

Ah, so your accusation of bias was false, as I thought .

I'm not really upset over your accusation, just correcting someone who I felt was in the wrong. Perhaps you read my tone wrong. I would say logging in bi-weekly is a very weak form of activity. Not good enough to qualify for the draft.

As to Noffins questions, I would say yes, if they produce goods and you earn coin from them, and log in within 7 days of the draft, that qualifies.
