Quite a few in the earlier days....Argo raided me and I accidentally looked at a older SN in a thread and casted Sabotage & Call Levs on her sotl only for them not to exist.
Wasting voodoo to clear confuse off myself only to realize I was the one who put it on myself.

Honourable mention: Putting my own ID number and lighting up myself. :respect
