Essentially yes. The MIA captain would be replaced. Who replaces him would be entirely dependent on when the sudden prolonged disappearance occurred.

If before any picks, the captain would forfeit any claim as captain and be replaced by a backup.

If it happened mid-draft, one of the draft picks on the team would likely be asked to finish the picks for the team and be named as Co-Captain.


In the instance going on here, the MIA captain was online in game less than 4 days ago. If the captain fails to respond by game update tomorrow, then he will forfeit his captain position and be replaced with a backup captain so the draft can continue.

Let’s go through some of the roster picked so far.

Henry Avery’s team:

Pirate nelson. Scary pirate to put it lightly. Excellent player. A war tactician of the highest level. A great friend and ally to have.

Sir henry morgan. Smart and patient. Loves the long game, but can put up a barrage if the needs comes for it.King of Tokelau, and a friendly king at that

Seas and greetings’ team:

XPROX: massive voodoo chest, probably the largest in the game. Can’t keep up a 1v1 fight for more than 3 days, but is an opponent to be wary of. Hes got massive reserves and turn mules at his disposal. Stabbed spain in the back heavily, but has played almost every role in the game so far.
Dmanwuzhere. Once a member of the port owning nations of Grenada and Isle of man. Doesn’t care who or what you are, will say what he feels, and a great support player. Always has some shenanigans going on, but don’t we all? Multiwinner of the billion plunder club (lost count he plundered so much lol.) can be a pain in the arse to be diplomatic with depending on who you are.

Feniks. Once the king of the massive UK. King if Bermuda, a massive plantation owner, and an excellent player. Top teir ship thief, and an excellent pirate. Awesome support player. Theres nothing i can say bad about him. Hes an excellent dude!

Stan Rogers. Once the leader of the infamous Ayes of Avonmora, a fine and seasoned sailor, once flown the spanish flags in her prime… hes been in multiple adventures, recently poking fun with Tokelau, to end up with a port for Canada. An awesome ally and a real friend.

Lodswe. Once the king of Spain in its prime for years to come. Also was the leader of the legendary training guild Helm. Many of our players today hail from Helm back in the day. An awesome friend and an amazing ally to have at your side. MASSIVELY RICH DUDE!

William One Eye. Respectful power player, once the king of Isle of Man. A ruthless pirate, a smart trader, and a patient banker. Hes done it all. An awesome player and a good friend to have.

HPWizard’s team:

EdwardTeach. A player who once led the Volunteer PR team for Pirate’s Glory. Previous King of the USA, has had the highest fame ever recorded in Avonmora’s history. Once holding a MASSIVE armada of SOTL and MOW, has seen to retire to the beaches of Puerto Rico. An awesome ally and friend to have at your side.

Pulpop. Legendary leader of the infamous Merc guild. Owns most of the credits in the game alone…rumor circulates he basically owns the entire credit market on his own…though this information cant be confirmed or denied a massive voodoo chest at his disposal, massive resources, and a proud member of Tokelau, hes not one you want to piss off. An awesome friend to have, a wise war tactician, and a true leader to a band of rowdy mercenaries.


Blunt’s Team:

Lilone. A quiet player in the seas, not much is known about her. She has served under Isle of Man for a very long time. A kind, but subtle, predator. Be wary, shes always watching

Getsum. Massive trader, once hailing from Bermuda. Was a part of SSTG for the longest time, eventually moving to Isle of Man. A real nice player, a friendly face the seas of avonmora needs, and a rich one at that
