Turn cost: 2 + X (max 24)

Stack 1 max on a player

X hours

Description: -1 danger of all fleets of target player at the top of the hour.

Quote at the bottom of the card: We are not running away, we are tactically retreating. There’s a difference.

Too Powerful.

It's basically a Treasure Fleet Card for all of your fleets.

Its the opposite of a Fugitive of Justice with a way higher turn cost. Is it truly too powerful?

Yes, Treasure Fleet is for one fleet and while it doesn't stop FFJ or HNs. You can max your route speeds and have all your trade fleets run closer to 30 mins each way without danger pause for 24 hours, effectively doubling your trade profits. All for 26 turns.

A single fugi with normal trade routes can halt all trade fleets eventually if it isnt cleared for only 8 turns and cuts trading profits to nothing. Add a hn, and the trade fleets all stop as soon as they hit port and dont move at all all for 16 turns

why dont we just add a win button instantly removes all danger from all fleets for 24 hrs and deposits 2 millon gold every 6 hours into your pocket and doubles your turns for 24hrs

turn cost 4
rareity your wife gets to push your button everyday

Yes and while it could do that. That isn't the only use this card would have.
