You statesthat it will not harm a players only remaining ship, but that is nonsense, as my only ship of the line was destroyed by a run of leviathan cards!

I think this card should be kept, but ships should be able to survive the levithan..

There are not that many Leviathan cards about and players are putting them up for auction. These players obviously don,t think they are an important defence retaliation card. Like many rare cards its up to the player how they use/ sell them.
I think Fugative is far more destructive. I also wonder if the Pirates Glory also put cards up for sale as it always seem that coast piracy, coastal patrol and pacifism at the same time ?

I think this is a good picture for the card. Either this or this I got both of these off of images.google though. Don't know if that is a problem. As far as I can see, they are not copyrighted.

or reduce a ship one level? Certainly this reduces the power of the card which can only be a good thing IMO.

Yeah I meant reduce one lvl, which is not the same thing as sink
