Uncommon
Cost - 5 turns
Effect - 48 hours

Choose a fleet, if a ship in that fleet sinks, all other ships in the fleet lose a level
[[[ALTERNATE]]] Choose a fleet, if a ship in that fleet sinks, another random ship in that fleet loses a level


I think this would be a good alternative to Call Leviathan, but it makes you have to work for the level loss

I'm a little confused about the "alternate" thing, but I think it's not a bad idea. This could give pirates a long needed buff. But... How long does the effect last? Forever? I think that would be a little OP and then there would be easy ways to get rid of it like disbanding the fleet.

Well the alternate part is just a second version of the card in case people like that better than the first one.
The effect right now would last 2 days, maybe less if that seems fit. And maybe if this curse was affecting you and you tried to disband the fleet you'd get a message like "Your fleet is stuck in the water over a trench. It would be dangerous to move alone."

The ability to prevent a fleet from disbanding is one thing. What you are suggesting would add that into the mix unintentionally.
